RYLBRUN FLEXIBLE HOSE FOR DEEP WELLS
RYLBRUN TP 20 – OROFLEX WELL | RYLBRUN PROFESIONAL – OROFLEX PRO
These are the two models of Rylbrun flexible hose. The Rylbrun system is a self-supporting flexible tube. It does not require any support, neither for the pump nor for the cable.
RYLBRUN TP 20 – OROFLEX WELL
Flexible PU pipe. Certified Drinking Water according to NSF-61 Standard.
- Hose for installation of submersible pumps, wells and water transfer.
- Standard length: Availability up to 1,000 meters. Cut to size.

RYLBRUN TP 20 – OROFLEX WELL JOINT SYSTEMS
STAINLESS STEEL SS316 TERMINAL FOR EXPANSION
Only for pipes with diameter d32 mm (code 1941 or 1915). 1-1/4″ male thread.
- This terminal is inserted in our workshop. Once installed, it cannot be removed.
- Two fittings are always installed. One at the bottom (pump side) and one at the top (outlet side)
STAINLESS STEEL TERMINAL SS 316 CONICAL REMOVABLE
- For diameters from 52 to 203 mm (1-1/2″-8″)
- Two connections are required on each pipe: a) At the bottom holding the pump; b) at the top holding the hose and pump assembly.
- As an option, the bottom connection can have a fuse (CCF). The fuse is a piece of pipe that, once broken, allows the water present inside the pipe to drain. In case you want to remove the pipe
DETACHABLE CONICAL SS 316 STAINLESS STEEL JOINT
- For diameters from 52 to 152 mm (1-1/2″-6″)
- This link will be used if you want to extend the pipe inside the well
ELECTRIC CABLE AND PROBE HOLDING SYSTEM
- For diameters from 52 to 152 mm (1-1/2″-6″)
- Straps, buckles, loops and washers to secure the electrical or probe cable to the Rylbrun tube
CENTERING
- Each centralizer is made up of 3 or 4 segments.
- The centralizer is optional. It is installed so that the pipe does not touch the wall of the well.
- A centralizer is placed every 15-20 m.
- For pipes with a diameter of 2 to 3″. Type 1 and 3 segment models are used.
- For pipes with a diameter of 4″. Type 2 and 3 segment models are used.
- For pipes with a diameter of 5″. Type 2 and 4 segment models are used.
